We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our mega door location within Harrods, Knightsbridge. This is a unique opportunity to manage a high-profile store serving an affluent and discerning customer base, where delivering an exceptional customer journey is just as important as achieving strong commercial results.

What we're looking for

• Previous Store Manager experience within a premium, luxury or service-led retail environment.
• A proven track record of delivering commercial success and driving KPI performance.
• An engaging leader who can motivate, coach and develop teams.
• A passion for customer service and creating memorable retail experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Optical experience is beneficial but not essential.
