Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for kitchenware? ProCook, the UK's leading kitchenware brand, is excited to announce an opening for a Store Manager at our Epsom Store!
This is a fixed term maternity cover until October 2026 working on a full-time basis, 40hrs/week, Monday to Sunday on a rota.
Your Role:As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring that our store is a welcoming and inspiring place for customers and staff alike.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:- Leading and managing daily store operations to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
- Creating a shopping experience that delights customers and encourages repeat business.
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring inventory management procedures are followed.
- Analysing sales data and adjusting strategies to maximize performance.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail, preferably in a similar sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- A customer-centric attitude, with a genuine interest in kitchenware and culinary arts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with tracking sales metrics and inventory management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Salary is between £32,000 - £35,000/annum depending on experience - pro-rata for the duration of the contract.
