As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring your team to deliver the Castore customer and brand vision. You will support the team in providing excellent service and achieving sales targets, ensuring the customer remains at the heart of everything we do. Your goal is to put the customer first, always.

You will ensure all employees are well-informed and empowered by providing the necessary knowledge at the right time. Your role will involve a variety of focus areas, including growing sales, developing a service-focused team, and supporting all store operations, both front and back of house.
