Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily store operations for efficiency.
2. Lead and mentor the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
3. Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
4. Manage inventory levels and product presentation.
5. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in retail management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for cooking; knowledge of kitchenware is a plus.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a dynamic environment.
