The role

The store manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the store's overall commercial success. You will manage the assistant manager, supervisors, and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

What to expect from the role

• Support and motivate the in-store team daily to achieve and exceed KPIs, exemplifying exceptional Pandora customer service
• Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store team, and ensuring back-of-house activities support commercial success
• Receive comprehensive training on our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert. With support from the regional sales manager, develop your team to reach their full potential and support succession planning

The successful candidate

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• An understanding of Pandora's local and global strategies and the ability to translate these into store, regional, and divisional KPIs
• Experience in analyzing data to identify trends and issues and taking action accordingly
• Strong communication skills to coach and develop a high-performing team
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora's products and values
• A well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products
