The OpportunityWe have an exciting role as Store Manager to join our Edinburgh team.
The working schedule is full time, 5 days per week (37.5 hrs), Monday Sunday inclusive.
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the store, staff, merchandise and customer service; achieving sales objectives and maintaining the highest operational and merchandising standards; building highly motivated teams and coaching them to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Analyse sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies.
- Support the development and product knowledge of fragrance consultants.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and play an active role on the selling floor.
- Ensure all consultants provide the highest level of customer service and resolve customer problems quickly and effectively.
- Maintain correct staffing levels and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds and petty cash.
- Partner with operations, logistics & product teams to ensure the right assortment and a picture perfect visual merchandising floor.
- Work with Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies promptly and with the right candidates.
- Continuously evaluate consultant performance and provide constant feedback.
- Experience in a niche, luxury environment and a pride in excellent customer service.
