Store Manager - Didcot (Full-Time)

The role

The store manager is the brand ambassador and responsible for the store's overall commercial success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating special memories for our customers.

What to expect from the role

• Support and motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store's targets by identifying and maximizing opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, while setting the example in exemplary Pandora customer service.
• Have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, and ensuring back of house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.
• Be trained thoroughly in our handcrafted luxury product to become a Pandora product expert. With the support from the regional sales manager, you will nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential and support their succession.

An ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
• A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service.
• The ability to understand the importance of Pandora's local and global business strategy, and translate this into the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs.
• Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified.
• Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high performing team.
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
• A positive, can do attitude with contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values.
• A well presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail.
