Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team to be their best
• Provide an atmosphere that delivers amazing service, achieves performance targets and ensures accurate stock processes, in an environment that is commercial, operationally efficient and safe
• Demonstrate a hands on approach for all operational and commercial activities alongside the team
• Form part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager; play a part in the growth and success of the brand by identifying opportunities and adding value
• Ensure communication is up-to date and accurate at all times to meet business needs
