Store Manager - 12-Month Role, Lead Inclusive Retail Team

Royal Mencap Society in Denbigh is seeking a passionate Shop Manager to lead our charity store on a full-time 12-month contract. You will manage a diverse team of paid colleagues and volunteers, with responsibility for North Wales coverage including Wrexham, Buckley and Llandudno.

You will drive sales to meet budgets, maintain merchandising standards, rotate stock daily, sign donors for Gift Aid and deliver the high level of customer service Mencap offers.
