Stock Condition Surveyors required to undertake surveys of residential properties across NI

Your new company
The services of Hays have been retained by our client, an established and busy construction consultancy, to recruit several Stock Condition Surveyors on a temporary basis for the next 3-4 months.
Your new role
You will carry out stock condition surveys of residential / domestic properties across Northern Ireland.
You will assess property conditions, which will include Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) tasks to determine EPC ratings and energy improvements.You will use a handheld device (Tablet PC) to record survey information.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor with a demonstrable track record of undertaking surveys of residential / domestic properties. You should be DEA qualified and be self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your own workload.
What you'll get in return
A competitive rate is available per completed survey - you will be paid weekly by Hays via BACS transfer. The client is offering a good degree of flexibility and is open to hiring individuals to work on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 3 days per week).
