Stock Condition Surveyor

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the South-west, who are recruiting for a Stock Conditions Surveyor on a minimum 3-month contract.

The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is £35.02 per hour via an Umbrella company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stock conditions surveying.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out stock condition surveys on domestic properties
• Identifying defects where necessary
• Providing recommendations and reports back to planned maintenance teams
• Exercising knowledge of Section 20 and First Tier Tribunal Process

Experience required:

• Experience in stock condition surveying
• Experience carrying out inspections with HHSRS and decent home standard

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Comfortable working within customers' homes
• Must hold a full UK Driving licence

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm flexible
