Stock Condition Surveyor

Stock Condition Surveyor needed in Poole, £25.80ph PAYE - Reference:

You will ideally:

• Have experience of carrying out stock condition surveys to domestic housing stock with at least 2 years' experience with a local authority or housing association.
• Be DEA accredited and capable of lodging EPCs with Elmhurst.

This role is for a Stock Condition Surveyor with good general building surveying knowledge.

The role will involve carrying out high volumes of stock condition surveys and EPC assessments on housing stock.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
