STIBO STEP Developer

3-Month Contract (Hybrid, Dunstable)

We're looking for a hands-on STIBO STEP Developer to jump into a high-impact MDM environment and help drive the design, build, and delivery of STEP-powered data solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and configuring STIBO STEP MDM components: data models, hierarchies, workflows, rules, UI, dashboards, and DQ controls.
• Building match-merge and golden record logic.
• Working with business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust STEP solutions.
• Developing API-driven integrations and workflow automation.
• Embedding strong data governance and data quality practices.
• Supporting UAT, deployment, and cross-functional project delivery.

What you'll bring

• Proven, practical experience with STIBO STEP MDM.
• Strong grounding in MDM, data modelling, data integration, workflow design, and UI configuration.
• Proficiency with STEP CWB, STEP APIs, XML, and JSON.
• A structured, delivery-focused mindset and the ability to hit the ground running.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PIM processes.
• STIBO STEP or related MDM certifications.
