STEM Engagement Specialist

We're looking for a STEM Engagement Specialist to join our team and deliver exciting, hands on experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence and open doors for young people aged 9-18.

You'll lead the delivery of our STEM programmes across the UK, bringing energy, organisation and creativity to everything you do.
Your role will include:
- Delivering engaging, hands on STEM days in schools (typically 2-3 per week during term time)
- Creating inspiring learning environments for groups of 60+ students
- Planning and organising events from start to finish, including risk assessments and logistics
- Working closely with teachers, volunteers, universities and partners to deliver high quality experiences
- Collecting feedback and ensuring every event meets our high standards
- Supporting the development of new STEM activities and resources
You'll also help us create safe, inclusive spaces where every young person feels welcome and able to thrive.
About you:We're looking for someone who's motivated, organised and ready to inspire.
- A genuine passion for supporting and developing young people
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence delivering sessions to large groups
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away when needed
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Experience working with young people
- Experience delivering or developing STEM or educational content
- A degree in a STEM subject
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices
