What You'll Do
  • Become an expert in Starbucks beverages and food and share that knowledge with the team.
  • Lead daily operations-cash handling, inventory, and maintaining a clean, efficient store environment.
  • Champion the customer experience by ensuring quick, friendly service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Empower and coach team members to reach their full potential, providing constructive feedback and ongoing support.
