Your missions
Support technical expert working groups (chairs, secretaries, members) in their activities.
Manage and monitor projects: documents, databases, elections, meetings.
Ensure the distribution and compliance of documents according to established procedures.
Coordinate communication with other organizations.
Occasionally participate in IT projects and business travel.
Your profile
Higher education and/or experience in project management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Fluent in English (French is an asset).
Personal qualities: rigor, reliability, team spirit, service-oriented mindset.
