Data Center Stakeholder & Community Engagement Manager

Location: Ireland (2 days/month in Dublin)

Contract: Initial 12-Month Contract (Extension Potential)

We're seeking a Stakeholder & Community Engagement Manager to support community relations and stakeholder engagement activities across established data center locations in the UK and Ireland.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building meaningful community partnerships, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting social impact initiatives. You'll act as a trusted local representative, helping strengthen relationships with communities, educational institutions, local authorities, charities, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with local community stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of community investment, education, and social impact programmes.
• Coordinate with community partners and monitor programme progress and outcomes.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and identify emerging community issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the planning and delivery of community events, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective community engagement and reputation management.

About You

• Experience in Community Engagement, Stakeholder Relations, Public Affairs, Community Investment, CSR, External Affairs, or a similar field.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing community programmes, partnerships, or social impact initiatives.
• Strong communication, organisation, and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience within infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, technology, energy, or related sectors would be beneficial.
