Staffing & Resourcing Specialist

Gotocsp is looking for a Resourcing Advisor in Watford to provide resourcing support across various venues. This permanent role includes managing communication with frontline teams and ensuring events are adequately staffed. The ideal candidate should excel in planning, organizing, and communication and be able to work under pressure. The position offers up to 25 days of holiday, a pension scheme with employer contribution, and private medical insurance after qualifying. Weekend work may be required on a roster basis.
