What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership and set technical direction to guide the team in implementing best practices.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency, mentoring junior engineers.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to improve their technical skills and grow in their careers.
• Ensure code quality by writing automated tests and participating in quality assurance efforts.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product management, architecture, DevOps, UX, and QA teams to align engineering projects with business goals and user needs.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time and meet requirements.

What You'll Bring

• Strong skills in coding, software design, test automation, and product design.
• Professional experience in languages such as GO, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, Java, Python.
• Expertise in at least one programming language.
• Solid understanding of development processes, problem-solving, debugging, and handling escalations.
• Strong experience with OOP, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience working with relational databases, SQL, and integrating third-party services.
• Experience with web services development (REST, GraphQL) and architecture planning.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS and Azure, and cloud-native methodologies.
• Understanding of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
• Experience in technical mentorship and driving team standards.
• Motivation to improve engineering processes and initiatives.
