- Flexible Working: This is a hybrid role, primarily split between working from home (UK) and London or Bracknell Head Office, with occasional visits to other locations as needed. Most engineers attend the office once or twice a month, but may be required more frequently depending on business needs. You should be able to attend up to twice a week if required.
- Expected Salary: £59,500 - £92,400 (depending on experience)

- Embed into a software engineering product team to promote quality and continuous testing, mentoring team members in testing practices, deployment, and observability.
- Review and contribute to the team's codebase and pipeline, ensuring quality from business need to production monitoring, always considering customer/user experience.
- Mentor junior members of the Quality Engineering Community and support their development.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Opportunities to progress into a people management role.
- Continuously improve skills and stay updated with new technologies and techniques, with support from the company.

Essential Skills/Experience- Hands-on experience delivering native mobile apps for iOS and/or Android.
- Knowledge of architectural patterns for mobile applications.
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile apps and backend services.
- Coaching teams on testing and deployment approaches.
- Critical thinking in engineering approaches, leading discussions on quality risks.
- Experience with elaboration activities like three amigos sessions.
- Proficiency in coding solutions for testing needs, including test automation and pipeline development.
- Knowledge of testing tools/frameworks such as XCTest/XCUITest or Espresso.
- Ability to analyze mobile non-functional risks and advise mitigation strategies.
- Experience with Bitrise/Gitlab CI, GraphQL, BFF patterns, Microservice architectures, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), and mobile security testing.
