We have an exciting opportunity in our Cinderford (Forest of Dean) clinic for a nurse who wants to make a difference in our patients' lives. You will provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures with the aim of increasing the quality of life for our patients. A comprehensive professional training programme will be provided to you, including on-the-job training, e-learning, and access to our in-house education programme, Academy.
Main duties of the jobYou will be responsible for taking ownership of care programmes for renal patients, following tailored care plans as per Consultant instructions, and ensuring clinical activity is appropriately documented in the patient medical record. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems in line with Diaverum processes; reviewing pre- and post-haemodialysis care with patients; and working within a multidisciplinary team.

Our nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 ensures ample time to provide holistic care. The clinic operates Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 to 19:00, offering flexibility and work-life balance. We do not operate on Sundays, valuing your downtime.
Your Responsibilities:
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
- Ensuring meticulous documentation of clinical activities.
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
- Reviewing pre- and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered General Nurse.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team.
- A positive, dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
