Staff Nurse - Ortho/Neuro/Spinal

Location: The Wellington Hospital, London (NW8 9LE)
Full time: Monday - Sunday, 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: Flexible to work, long days, nights, and weekends based on internal rotation.

Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive (DOE) plus 9% shift allowance

We're looking for a Staff Nurse to join our Orthopaedics/Neuro Surgery Inpatients team at the Wellington Hospital, currently rated "Good" by the CQC.

As the Staff Nurse, working within our Ortho/Neuro Surgery unit, you will plan, deliver, and evaluate high standards of nursing care whilst working within a multidisciplinary team, supervising and directing junior staff and temporary staff.

You'll demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and be accountable for your actions, contributing to the setting of clinical standards, policies, procedures, and research-based care.

What you'll bring:

  • Registered Nurse Level 1
  • NMC Registration and PREP requirements
  • Proven Surgical Experience
  • Basic Life Support
