Primary Care North Mayo Network Team
Location: North Mayo, Co. Mayo
Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract (with potential for extension)
Hours: 35 Hours per Week

The North Mayo Primary Care Network Team is seeking a Staff Grade Social Worker to join its supportive multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals, families, carers, and community services across a diverse rural catchment area.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial assessments and provide appropriate interventions.
• Support individuals, families, and carers within the community.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Liaise with statutory, voluntary, and community organisations.
• Participate in community initiatives and service development.
• Maintain accurate records and professional standards.

Essential Requirements

• Recognised Social Work qualification.
• CORU mandatory
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own transport, as travel across the network is required.
