Term: Part-Time initially, rising to Full-Time within 3 months
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000
Hours per week: 22.5 initially, increasing to 37.5 within 3 months subject to agreement
Reporting to: Current CEO in initial phase, then Chair of Trustees following transition
Location: Clubmoor, Liverpool

St Andrew's Community Network is an independent charity based in Clubmoor, North Liverpool who exists to design out poverty. Set up over 20 years ago to address the needs of the Clubmoor community, the Network has since grown significantly and now supports thousands of people every single year. They work to set people free from the life-affecting consequences of poverty, supporting some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable people throughout Liverpool and beyond.
Their work is focused on Building Financial Resilience through debt and income maximisation advice, Building Food Security as coordinators of North Liverpool Foodbank, and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to Belong to a Sustainable and Caring Community.
Job SummaryThe Head of Charity / CEO Designate role is a delivery-focused executive leadership role, and the role holder will lead the organisation during an exciting moment of development and drive the Network as they continue to provide essential care, advice and support to those facing financial hardship.

- Financial Leadership and Commissioning
- Partnership and Sector Engagement
- People Leadership and Culture
- Organisational Development
The role holder will work alongside the current CEO during an agreed transition period, progressively assuming executive leadership responsibility. Subject to Trustee completion of a successful 3-month probation period, the role is expected to transition into the substantive Chief Executive position.
