Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Supervisor to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the sector. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage site operations efficiently and ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Manage and supervise site staff and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the civils sector.
• Valid First Aid certification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
