Academics Ltd is working with a Primary School in the London Borough of Hillingdon, seeking a passionate and experienced SRP Manager to lead a well-established unit supporting 10 pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Requirements of an SRP Manager:

1. Be a strong leader with experience in SEND, especially autism and complex needs
2. Understand how to successfully include pupils in mainstream lessons
3. Have a deep knowledge of the National Curriculum
4. Can inspire and lead a team with creativity and care
5. Build positive relationships with staff, families, and external partners
6. Be reflective, professional, and driven to make a difference
