Regeneron is currently seeking a Senior Specialist Global Procurement to join our Procurement team.

What You'll Do
  • Supporting the definition and implementation of the global Direct Category strategy to serve global and regional business needs.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to support discussions related to the Direct Categories and aligning priorities with Procurement management and stakeholders.
  • Assisting negotiations, supplier management activities, and stakeholder engagement activities for the Direct Category as assigned.
  • Generating value in terms of cost savings, cash flow improvement, and other efficiency savings from category management activities.
  • Supporting Global Procurement by participating in decisions in the Direct categories with critical short and long-term impact on the success, efficiency, growth, and results of the category team.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of efficient global procurement organisations and processes within the biopharmaceutical industry to support the growth and evolution of the Procurement organisation and using this knowledge to drive improvements within Regeneron.
  • Contributing to category activities to ensure compliance with appropriate GxPs and other applicable regulations, as applicable.
  • Using data to drive decision-making for successful category projects.
Environment and Physical Rhythms of this Role
  • Establishing relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to get results for Regeneron.
  • Providing insights on rates, unit costs, and costing structures for efficient negotiations.
  • Using external data sources, market information, and supplier engagement to constantly improve Regeneron's knowledge of supply market dynamics.
  • Experiencing operating with integrity, focus, and clarity in an environment of ambiguity to inspire change and improvement.
  • Proven success supporting the global supply market evaluation process using all available market intelligence, risk, compliance, and financial assessment tools.
Qualifications
  • The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study plus relevant, progressive experience in procurement, including experience in Pharma/BioPharma.
  • Proficiency with sourcing contracting tools, ERPs, and eRFx systems preferred (Oracle, Zycus, Ariba, Other).
  • Ability to harness standard business applications for communicating, presenting, and analyzing data (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Salary Range (annually)

54,200.00 - 88,400.00
