Sales Coordinators partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Revenue, Professional Services, Manufacturing, and Order Management to review deal documentation, validate requirements, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve gaps before they impact booking, revenue recognition, or the customer experience.

Your Day to Day
  • Reviewing and validating quotes, contracts, purchase orders, approvals, and supporting documentation
  • Supporting complex, high value, and time sensitive transactions, particularly during quarter end periods
  • Ensuring deals meet internal policy, pricing, approval, and booking requirements
  • Identifying and mitigating deal risks before submission
  • Helping reduce booking delays and rework through proactive deal readiness reviews
  • Serving as a trusted point of contact for Sales regarding quoting, documentation, submission requirements, and order readiness
  • Driving process consistency through documentation, training, enablement, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Supporting change management and adoption of new tools, automation, and business processes
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Deal Desk, Order Management, Revenue Operations, or a related Quote to Cash function
  • Experience working in a technology, SaaS, subscription, or similarly complex sales environment
  • Thorough understanding of Quote to Cash, Quote to Order, order readiness, or order booking processes
  • Hands on experience with CPQ experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience reviewing quotes, order documentation, approvals, contracts, or deal structures
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, risks, and missing requirements
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements, risks, and next steps to Sales and cross functional stakeholders
  • Customer service mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and regions
  • Comfortable learning and using new systems, automation tools, AI enabled productivity tools, and evolving business processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting complex, high value, or time sensitive sales transactions
  • Exposure to pricing approvals, contract workflows, revenue related requirements, or booking controls
  • Experience partnering with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Revenue, Professional Services, or Order Management teams
  • Experience contributing to process documentation, training, enablement, or workflow improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, AI enabled validation, reporting, or system enhancement projects
What Success Looks Like

This person proactively identifies deal risks early, resolves discrepancies efficiently, and guides Sales through process requirements to ensure deals are complete and accurate before booking. Over time, this role is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, contribute to process and system improvements, support adoption of automation and AI enabled tools, and help strengthen the scalability, consistency, and quality of the Quote to Cash process.

Growth and Development

This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in global Quote to Cash operations, support complex deal execution, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
