Sr. Packaging Engineer

Our client's products reach over 10 million patients worldwide, that is why we are supporting them in looking for a Sr. Packaging Engineer that will also take care of Project management responsibilities to support a rich team in Breda in technical operations support for the continuous improvement of packaging components and advisory of technical improvement projects.

• Initial contract of 12 months (as external contractor) - Possibility to be renewed
• hourly payrate: from 33,41EUR to 35,17EUR

Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Lead packaging development for ABR/ADL products.
• Provide technical operations support for packaging improvements.
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and deliver technical enhancements.

Technical Support

• Serve as the site packaging expert.
• Support new materials/processes using material science and process knowledge.
• Troubleshoot and resolve packaging challenges.

Operational Excellence

• Drive productivity and capacity improvements through packaging optimization.

Relationships

• Build a network of packaging expertise and coach junior engineers
• Leverage expertise for design, testing, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• 3/5 years in Packaging development in GMP experience (MANDATORY). Ex: Pharmaceutical, Medical device, Biotech etc.
• BA OR MA in engineering
• Fluent English
