Sr Operational Ex Manager

Support, train, mentor, and coach all employees, engineers, and leaders on Honeywell Operating System principles, processes, and tools as defined in the Standard Implementation Framework. You will provide HOS tools and processes to the (SBG) leaders. You will coordinate with the business to ensure continued execution and sustainability of the Honeywell Operating System. You will work across functions to progress the organization through different gate reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and execute Continuous Improvement programs, including Honeywell Operating System, developing and deploying improvement action plans, and partnering with site leadership to drive results aligned with AOP and strategic plans.
2. Mentor Sites Integrated Supply Chain Leaders and team members in Honeywell Operating System (Lean Production System) elements.
3. Enhance site communication, education, and training by deploying effective HOS practices.
4. Report monthly site highlights and develop leadership standard work.
5. Partner with all functions to drive company-specific initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, Organizational Development, or related field; Green Belt Certification.
• Ability to motivate and energize others, with excellent teaming and interpersonal skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics, preferably with an engineering or operations management background.
• Project management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Black Belt or Lean Expert Certification.
• Progressive leadership experience with strong business acumen and influencing skills.
• Advanced Degree or Graduate Certification.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels.
• Proven project management ability and experience managing multiple priorities in a matrixed organization.
• Experience leading change initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Dependability, responsiveness, and ability to independently handle complex situations.
• People management skills, Lean or Six Sigma experience, and strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Basic understanding of end-to-end business processes, value stream mapping, lean methodologies, and material planning.
