  • Anticipate, identify, and mitigate execution risks through structured risk management processes.
  • Manage and execute the future state Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) as part of the transformation.
  • Conduct comprehensive Current State Assessments, Work Activity Analyses, and Finance Maturity Assessments to inform design decisions.
  • Leverage standardized global end to end process taxonomies to support TOM and SDM design anchored in standardisation, simplification, and automation first principles.
  • Own day to day execution of initiatives: develop and manage project plans, RAID logs, resource and capacity plans, KPIs, and monitor progress.
  • Serve as liaison between the Transformation Office and other departments-Finance, IT, HR, and external system integrators-and coordinate integration points.
  • Manage day to day activities of project team members (business analysts, IT partners, consultants), ensuring prioritisation alignment and robust workflows.
  • Maintain all project documentation (charters, plans, status reports, minutes, change requests) and prepare executive level dashboards and steering committee materials.
  • Lead organisational change management for project teams, designing OCM plans, stakeholder impact analyses, change readiness assessments, training needs analyses, and communication deliverables.
  • Organise and lead stakeholder workshops, demos, and feedback sessions, incorporating insights to refine project approaches.
  • Develop reinforcement plans such as refresher trainings, office hours, and user guides to cement new ways of working.
Skills and Experience

  • Proven success delivering large scale, multi year initiatives and designing Finance TOMs and SDMs.
  • Expertise in end to end Finance process transformation and governance (Record to Report, Source to Pay, Order to Cash) with standardisation, simplification, automation, and global process ownership.
  • Experience delivering technology enabled Finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, automation, AI/ML, analytics, workflow platforms, and other digital capabilities.
  • Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes across Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organisational change management efforts (stakeholder engagement, communications, training, user adoption).
  • People management experience, coaching and developing high performing teams in matrixed, global organisations.
  • Managing external consulting firms, system integrators, or BPO providers; prior consulting experience from Big Four or similar is highly desirable.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions and regions.
  • Deep knowledge of Finance operations, accounting principles, internal controls, Finance transformation methodologies, AI capabilities and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, enterprise applications, and IT governance models.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • High digital literacy with Microsoft 365, AI enabled tools, analytics platforms, and modern collaboration technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (required).
