About the role
We are hiring two senior consultants for a key financial crime compliance project within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) sector. The roles focus on oversight, technical validation, and risk assessment, working closely with first-line teams in a large international banking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and challenge project deliverables related to financial crime risk.
• Conduct global risk assessments and identify CIB products and red flags.
• Map products to red flags and red flags to controls.
• Perform gap assessments and review mitigation measures.
• Evaluate and test scenarios, rules, and models, including calibrations.
• Review changes in data flow and model architecture.
• Create KPIs to measure project success.
• Recommend alternative controls to enhance AML effectiveness.

Requirements:
