Job Description

EFI is looking for a Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A global team in our site located in Almazora, Castellón, reporting to Head of Corporate FP&A, dotted line to CTO and Head of Service.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Develop and manage the annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range financial models for the Service business. Support creation business cases for R&D spending and seek to optimize RoI and R&D effectiveness.

Business Partnering:

Act as a financial advisor to R&D and Service leadership, offering insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiencies. Install process improvements to enable efficient monitoring of actual performance versus targets.

Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support the Service and R&D business (and leverage Power BI and other reporting automation). Analyze variances versus budget/forecast and identify risks and opportunities.

Cost Management:

Monitor and control costs related to R&D and service operations (with combined spend of $70M/year), including labor, materials, and overheads. Drive initiatives to optimize spending.

Pricing and Contract Support:

Support service pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and margin analysis.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process enhancements to improve financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and reporting timelines.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).


  • 5-8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in Service and R&D heavy businesses.


  • Strong understanding of service revenue models, cost accounting, and margin analysis.


  • Strong understanding of investment modelling (ROI/NPV/Payback) and project prioritization


  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP etc.) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.


  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.


  • Global experience and strong English language skills a must
  • Location: Castellón and Valencia area.
