Job Description

As a Senior Client Account Manager in the French Sales Team, you will drive a sophisticated book of business of large brands in the French market.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners, proactively reaching out regarding campaign performance, optimizations, updates and opportunities.
  • Ensure partners' objectives and requirements are met by liaising between them and internal teams (Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, etc).
  • Gain a deep understanding of partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
  • Own the "how" conversation with advertisers to advise on media strategies across targeting, bidding models, creative, measurement, etc.
  • Become an expert at Pinterest campaign best practices and serve as the resource for performance opportunities.
  • Ensure campaign setup is optimal and interpret & communicate campaign results to demonstrate impact.
  • Evaluate campaign success, troubleshoot, and drive results through optimization and performance updates.
  • Ensure agreed performance metrics are met and take corrective action when needed.
  • Actively engage in client meetings to understand objectives and challenges.
  • Present and explain complex solutions clearly to help partners achieve objectives.
  • Handle resistance, complaints, or objections professionally and patiently.
  • Identify cross sell and upsell opportunities that contribute to revenue targets.
  • Distill complex processes and products into digestible formats for partners.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on product/service best practices and features.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on evolving product roadmap and iterations.
  • Interface with cross functional teams to answer product related questions or challenges.
  • Pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale.
Qualifications
  • Digital advertising sales experience, managing high value relationships, driving strategic learning agendas and owning client communication.
  • Track record of compelling data backed storytelling and recommendations.
  • Expertise in managing forecasts and achieving goals.
  • Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Team player capable of working in a fast paced environment with technical and non technical teams.
  • Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, and product/platform knowledge.
  • Technical foundation with experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in French and English.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range: €73,664-€128,912.
  • Eligibility for equity and incentive compensation.

Working Arrangement
  • In office requirement: presence in the office for in person collaboration 2 times per week; location within commuting distance of Dublin.
