We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Account Manager with experience in Sales and Account Management to help China-based sellers expand their presence and business in Amazon's global marketplaces. This role involves introducing SCA (Supply Chain by Amazon) and AWD (Amazon Warehousing & Distribution) and delivering exceptional customer service. The Account Manager will build strong customer relationships, provide post-sales support to third-party sellers, and work to maximize these relationships and improve Amazon products. Responsibilities include maintaining seller performance, promoting logistic product adoption, and proactively monitoring accounts to address issues impacting seller utilization and feedback. The role requires a focus on results and collaboration across teams to ensure effective communication and execution of objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit sellers to adopt the SCA program (e.g., AWD) and drive their unit commitments, providing supply chain consultancy to enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Improve productivity and efficiency through innovation and simplification of processes.
  3. Conduct deep analysis on issues affecting seller performance and relay insights to product development and process improvement teams.
  4. Generate high-quality seller insights and influence product and stakeholder decisions to improve seller experience.
  5. Identify key business opportunities within the territory and execute growth plans.
  6. Share best practices in account management and help standardize SOPs within the business development framework.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers and identify insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in client or vendor-facing roles focusing on relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in aggregating and analyzing campaign metrics to evaluate performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and VBA.
