Responsibilities

• Design and implement SQL Server HA/DR (Always On AG, FCI, replication).
• Define RPO/RTO and lead resilience testing.
• Drive performance tuning, failover design, and operational readiness.
• Produce architecture documentation and runbooks.

Requirements

• SQL Server (2016+) experience.
• Strong Always On/clustering expertise.
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.
• Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) preferred.
• MUST have active SC Clearance.
