This role is ideal for confident, organised individuals with a background insport, coaching, or youth workwho are looking to gain classroom experience. As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead classes during the short-term absence of the teacher, deliveringpre-set lesson plansacross a range of subjects, including practical-based lessons where appropriate.
You'll play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment by managing behaviour, engaging students, completing registers, and providing feedback to teaching staff. Opportunities are available forday-to-day supply,longer-term placements, and potentialpermanent roles.

Requirements(Please Apply Only If You Meet the Below)
To be considered for this Cover Supervisor role, you must:
- Have recent experience insports coaching, PE, youth work, or education
- Be confident working withsecondary-aged students
- HoldGCSEs at Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths
- Have strongcommunication and behaviour management skills
- Be reliable, adaptable, and keen to work in aschool environment
- A degree (or working towards one) is desirable but not essential
- Be able to providesuitable references, hold (or be willing to apply for) anEnhanced DBS, and have theRight to Work in the UK
