Looking to work in schools without planning or marking? We're recruiting Sports Coaches / Cover Supervisors for a welcoming secondary school in Smethwick with immediate work available. Perfect for sports coaches, graduates, or aspiring teachers wanting hands on classroom experience.

The Role

• Supervise lessons using pre-set work (no planning required)
• Support PE lessons and school sports activities
• Manage behaviour and keep students engaged
• Work across KS3-KS4 in a supportive school environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sports coaching, PE, youth work, or education
• Confident managing groups of students (ages 11-16)
• Strong communication and behaviour skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive

(School experience helpful but not essential - training provided)
