The Role

• Supervise lessons using pre-set work (no planning required)
• Support PE lessons and school sports activities
• Manage behaviour and keep students engaged
• Work across KS3-KS4 in supportive secondary school settings
• Flexible day to day and short term opportunities available

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sports coaching, PE, youth work, or education
• Confident managing groups of students aged 11-16
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive attitude
• School experience helpful but not essential - training provided
