Salary -£25,005 - £25,470 per annum (pro rata for part time, £13.45 - £13.70 per hour)

Hours -Full time & Part time (9.5 - 35.75 hours per week)

Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? We are looking for friendly, positive, and vibrant multitaskers to join our Sports and Leisure Attendant teams.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver great customer service as a first point of contact, ensuring customers' needs are met.
• Prepare our venues by setting up and taking down equipment, providing customers with a clean, safe, welcoming environment that is ready to use.
• Keep everything clean, tidy, and presentable, including litter picking, cleaning toilets, changing rooms and windows.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure bookings are managed efficiently and effectively in line with our standards, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

• Positive, enthusiastic approach with experience in a customer facing role.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to listen and adapt your approach to different customers.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, fast paced environment.
• The ability to follow procedures, work with basic numerical information and complete simple records or reports accurately.
• Basic IT skills, including confidence using systems such as MS Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Opportunities available Sports Attendant roles:

1. Meadowbank Sports Centre - Full Time, 35.75 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, a mix of early & back shifts. Earliest start 06:30 & latest finish 22:30. Working 2 out of three weekends.)
2. Drummond High School - Part Time, 9.5 hours per week (Tuesday & Friday 17:15 - 22:00)
3. Liberton High School - Part Time, 9.5 hours per week (Tuesday & Wednesday 17:15 - 22:00)
4. Liberton High School - Part Time, 12.75 hours per week (Friday 17:15 - 22:00 & Sunday 08:30 - 17:00)
5. Liberton High School - Part Time, 16 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday 08:30 - 17:00)
6. Forresters High School - Part Time, 14.25 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 17:15 - 22:00)
7. Forresters High School - Part Time, 14 hours per week (Wednesday & Thursday 17:15 - 22:00, Saturday 08:30 - 13:00).

Leisure Attendant roles:

1. Tumbles at Portobello - Part Time, 15 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday - Week 1: 08:30 - 16:30. Week 2: 11:15 - 19:15)
