Specification Lead - Project Director Level | Central London

A household-name global leader and rapidly growing, well-established business, headquartered in London with 400+ people worldwide, is looking for a senior Specification Lead to shape and own their technical specification standards.

You'll lead the CAWS ? Uniclass 2015 transition, modernise NBS Chorus, develop master specifications and ensure technical documentation meets current UK regulations.

Key skills:
NBS Chorus & Uniclass 2015
Architectural & Interior specifications
Building Regulations/Building Safety Act
BIM/Revit/Golden Thread
Strong UK industry experience
MCIAT, RIBA or equivalent
