We are seeking a dedicated Specialty Dr in Adult Psychiatry to work part-time for our private client based in Preston, Lancashire. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start.
What will your responsibilities be?
This role involves working within an adult inpatient setting, delivering high-quality psychiatric care. You will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, contributing to treatment planning, and supporting the multidisciplinary team in providing effective mental health services. The postholder will also participate in ward rounds, clinical meetings, and ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with NHS standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
• GMC registration (essential)
• Experience in adult psychiatry, particularly within inpatient settings
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• A commitment to delivering patient-centred care
