Specialist Team Leader - Retail Counter

Booths are looking for a Team Leader (Specialist) at the Clitheroe store. The role is based on Counters, initially in the Butchery & Fishmonger area, with opportunities to learn other Specialist departments as you lead a team to meet customer demand.

You will oversee shift goals, provide guidance, and lead by example. Availability is required, including one late night and one weekend day per week, with potential overtime depending on store needs.
