The team is entering an exciting growth phase, expanding its reach and developing innovative offerings to support its mission. &#; What You'll Do In this role, you will support the Head of ICT across a broad range of technical and operational responsibilities, including: End-point, network, and application management Security and performance monitoring across systems and devices Supplier, license, and certificate management User rights administration and user management First- and second-line support, including staff training Penetration testing, back-up & restore testing, and business continuity planning ICT incident and crisis management ICT project and change management activities Development and implementation of ICT policies and procedures ICT risk assessments and reporting within an ERM/DORA framework &#; What You Bring 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a regulated financial services environment HBO/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, project management, information security, data management) are a plus Strong understanding of endpoint, network, and security management Proven experience in user support and troubleshooting Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven personality Ability to manage multiple tasks with patience and accountability Detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a mission-driven organization Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Affinity with development impact and values-based work Fluent in English (required) &#; About the Organization You will be part of a well-established, impact-focused financial initiative that provides long-term currency risk solutions for emerging and frontier markets.
