Job Description
Wiltshire Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Specialist Assessment, Intervention and Family Time Team (SAIFT) on a 23-month fixed-term contract. You will undertake parenting and reunification assessments, without caseholding, enabling a focused workload.
The role includes a 5% market supplement, hybrid on-site and community-based work, and a supportive, inclusive workplace culture. Salary ranges are £46,465-£48,907 per annum with annual review after onboarding.
