Location: Tadley and other sites
Salary: £50,000 - £57,000
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Opportunity
An established building and construction firm is looking for a driven Specialist Site Manager to lead on-site delivery across multiple projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll ensure high standards in health & safety, quality, and budget performance, while motivating teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities of the Specialist Site Manager - Drylining:

• Lead site operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets

• Use digital tools to support planning, compliance, and reporting

• Communicate regularly with clients, manage expectations and resolve issues

• Work closely with commercial teams on budgeting and resource planning

• Support and develop assistant supervisors and operatives

• Enforce ethical standards and inclusive site culture

• Drive continuous improvement and high performance

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing construction/drywall projects

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Confident engaging with clients and managing teams

• Willingness to travel across sites

• Solid knowledge of industry practices, materials, and systems

Required Qualifications

• CSCS Manager Card (NVQ Level 4+)

• SMSTS

• First Aid (min 1-day)

• PASMA

• Relevant qualifications in construction or management
