Your day-to-day role:
- Supporting pupils with profound learning difficulties and complex needs
- Delivering sensory-based learning and play
- Supporting communication and interaction
- Assisting with feeding, mobility and personal care
- Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning
Experience needed:
- Previous experience supporting PMLD pupils
- Experience working within a special school or SEND provision
- Understanding of communication aids and sensory learning
- A caring and enthusiastic attitude
