Specialist, Project Execution at Schneider Electric

Location: London, Telford, Leeds (UK-wide travel required)

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Manage a portfolio of projects ranging from £500,000 to £6 million across sectors including data centres, healthcare, utilities, renewables, and industrial end users.
  • Scope of Work: Oversee medium and low voltage projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Team Leadership: Indirectly manage on-site resources and subcontractors, ensuring smooth collaboration for successful project execution.
  • Liaison: Coordinate with Schneider factories and suppliers for project success.
  • Health & Safety: Oversee all health and safety protocols on-site.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.
Travel & Logistics
  • UK-Wide Travel: Frequent travel to customer sites (up to 60% of your time), with occasional European travel for factory acceptance tests.
  • Work-Life Balance: We strive to keep travel as local as possible to support a healthy work-life balance, though occasional overnight stays may be required.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Previous project management experience in sectors such as data centres, healthcare, utilities, renewables, or industrial environments.
  • Qualifications: Minimum HNC in electrical engineering, with PMI or Prince2 certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong financial management skills and the ability to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 50,400 - GBP 75,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
