Are you a data-driven thinker with a passion for turning numbers into strategy? Join our team as a Specialist Pricing and Analytics and play a key role in optimizing pricing for our innovative printed circuit board (PCB) solutions. This is your chance to work in a dynamic B2B environment where your insights directly influence business success.

• Pricing Strategy & Analytics:

  • Develop and improve pricing models for our product portfolios
  • Analyze pricing performance across quotes, orders, and customer segments to identify trends and opportunities
  • Review external pricing models and suggest improvements
  • Use statistical methods like regression analysis to support pricing decisions
  • Work with Sales to ensure pricing strategies reflects current market dynamics

  Project Management:

  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects internally and externally
  • Ensure alignment of timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams and external partners
  • Manage risks, budgets, and deliverables using modern project management tools

  Data Management & Governance:

  • Oversee data collection, storage, and quality assurance
  • Analyze data to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and quality frameworks

• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in pricing, analytics, consulting, or project/data management
• Strong mathematical foundation, especially in regression analysis
• Proficiency in analytical and statistical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, R, SQL
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Fluent in written and verbal English
