Together, we can shape the future.Job Description:Role Purpose:As member of the Country Servicing Business Services Team, this role is accountable for the management of all payroll related functions to ensure proper set-up, processing, and generation of the payroll for all company entities within the country.Responsibilities:Accountable for calculating the effect of changes in the employee population or changes in laws and by-lawsEstablished expertise in the field and provides counsel and advisory to managementEnsures the computing, withholding, and calculating of deductions associated with net pay is done properly, including federal and state withholding and unemployment insurances, as well as direct deposit informationEnsures calculations of gross to net payments of expenses related to relocation and expatriationResponsible for entering and maintaining all payroll journal entries to the general ledger and reconciliation of the payroll bank accountCreates analytical reports for corporate, sub-regional and cluster managementCommunicates with employees with regards to individual salary and deduction considerationsProvides input from a technical point of view on selection of payroll softwareEnsure proper use of country payroll system in view of integration and/or consolidation of payroll data at group levelAbout you:Bachelor degree in Business Administration, finance or accounting or equivalent by experiencePrior experience in a payroll office or similar role in a middle sized, large organizationEnglish- proficient verbal & writingLocal language of the country of base and main operations - proficient verbal & writingOther languages are an assetEmployee Type:Temporary (Fixed Term)Why Join Us?Sibelco is more than a workplace-it's a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
